IDM training actions are related to IDM's analysis tools and methodology. We are able to provide training both throughout a mission relating to Integrated Development Management or at any stage thereof.

An IDM training program is always preceded by an in-depth analysis of your situation and goals, preferably with those managers and team members who will undergo training. Each action is thus tailor-made and may comprise a theoretical and conceptual core, accompanied by practical patterns of action that fit your situation.

Within the program, we promote interactivity among trainees and with the trainer. Trainees gain both common points of reference and proven communication methods: a stimulus to their collaboration post-training.
