Your IDM Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of your consulting mission. He coordinates our resources in order to provide an efficient response to your needs, the effective achievement of project deliverables and the highest degree of quality.

Project Managers base their mission on a detailed project plan and a commitment to thorough project reporting and transparency. We clearly define the input we need for the project, and how your input will affect the progress of the project.

Your Project Manager will also help you with project communication and status reports, both towards management and the members of your staff who are affected by the project.
